(Wimberly) Miller; son of the late Shirley Elton Miller, Sr. and Mary Ellen Miller; devoted father of Joan Smith (Eddie), Houston, Mo., Rex Miller, Jr. (Annie), Spring, Texas, Patricia Starrett, Lester, Iowa, Cynthia Jacob (David), Palm Harbor, Florida, Mary Mizera (Rick), St. Louis, Missouri and Greg Miller (Diane), Dardenne Prairie, Mo.; beloved grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 4; preceded in death by his grandson, Kenneth Miller, and brothers, Shirley Elton Miller, Jr., William (Bill) Miller and Don Miller. Mr. Miller was a member of the Everton Memorial Post #443, VFW Post, Ash Grove, Mo., DAV, (Disabled American), Springfield, Mo., Masonic Lodge #5 AM&FM, Springfield, Mo., Violet Chapter No. 480, OES, Stockton, Mo., Abou Ben Adhem Shrine, Springfield, Mo., and the Order of the White Shrine of Jerusalem, Springfield, Mo. He was a licensed Embalmer/Funeral Director. While in St. Louis, he was employed with Hoffmeister Colonial Funeral Home and Lupton Chapel. He served in the U.S. Army for 33 months in WWII. The family is being served by the Baue Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 West Clay, St. Charles, Mo. There is no public visitation. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, St. Louis, Mo.
