Richard L. Ivy

Richard L. Ivy, age 42, of St. Charles, Missouri, died Thursday, December 17, 2009, in St. Charles. A son of Virginia Ann Marie Ivy (nee: Herter), Richard was born on April 13, 1967, in Creve Coeur, Missouri. Richard was a happy go lucky guy and had a love for the outdoors. He worked at Jorgenson Steel in Earth City, Missouri and was a member of Labor's Local 660. Richard is survived by his daughter who meant the world to him, Chelsea Ivy; his brother, Scott Ivy; his nephew Michael Ivy; and his nieces Paige, Hannah, and Haley Ivy. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 from 4:00-8:00 PM. Cremation will take place at the Baue Crematory following visitation. Richard's family prefers memorial contributions be made to Scott Ivy to assist with Chelsea's Education.
