Richard “Rich” Floyd Fahr

Fahr, Richard "Rich" Floyd, of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Monday, January 27, 2014 at the age of 74. Loving husband of Ellen C. Fahr; beloved son of the late Henry and Adele Fahr; devoted father of Kathy (Dennis) Ross, Richard "Rick" Fahr, Jr., and Raymond (Deborah) Fahr; cherished grandfather of Jessika (Justin) Savage, Sarah Fahr, Ericka Fahr, Jennifer Ross, Vanessa (Kris) Arnold, Aaron Fahr, Danielle Ralston, Brittney Ralston and Jonathon Ralston; treasured great-grandfather of Silas, Amelia and Aaliyah; dear brother of Henry 'Hank' T. (Shirley) Fahr. He is preceded in death by his sister Geraldine Rhoads and grandson Richard Fahr III.
Rich was a lover of all sports but most of all he was an avid bowler. He also had an ear for music and enjoyed playing the harmonica and the mandolin. Rich worked as a cement finisher for most of his life and was well respected throughout his trade. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SSM Hospice.
