Arthur, Richard S. 'Rick' of Saint Charles, MO, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2015, at the age of 60. Loving husband of Kathy A. Arthur; beloved son of the late Frank L. and E. Maxine Arthur; devoted father of Jennifer (Mike) Conway and Paul (Joey) Arthur; dear brother of Kate (Jim Tognoni) Arthur, Matt Arthur, Janine Arthur, Juli (Garry) Garrison, Mike (Michelle) Arthur and Mary (Clint) Santel; nephew of Rev. Herbert (Betty) Price. He is also survived by his faithful companion, Tippy, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
