Richard Keith Souders

Richard "Rick" Keith Souders, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Monday, November 6, 2023 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of 41 years to Virginia Souders; son of the late Walter and Patricia Ann Souders; father of Steve A. (Nikki) Souders; grandfather of Marquis (Makaila), Xavier, Tajah (Justin Garcia), and Kalia; great-grandfather of Quincey; brother of Cheryl (Jesse) McFadden, Sandra Souders and Michelle Souders; Richard was a uncle, cousin and friend to many.  

Rick's sense of humor illuminated the lives of those fortunate enough to share in his company. His love for the great outdoors was fascinating, he found joy in activities such as fishing, kayaking, and hunting.  

A proud veteran, Rick dedicated 14 years of his life to serving his country in the United States Navy. His commitment to duty and sacrifice for the greater good exemplifies the values that defined him as a person. Rick forged bonds that lasted a lifetime.  

The void left by his departure will be deeply felt, and the memories of his laughter and companionship will forever linger in the hearts of those who cherished him. 

Memorials may be made in Rick's name to a charity of donor's choice.
