Dearest husband of Rose Marie Willmore;dear son of the late Henry Richard and Grace Willmore; beloved father of Michele (Leonard) Buettner, Mary Foree, Clarence (Lisa) Waggoner, Jimmy (Geri) Waggoner and Robert (Dannie) Waggoner; cherished grandfather of 11 and great-grandfather of 4. He was a loving friend to many and will be missed dearly.. He is preceded in death by his son-in-law, Vernon R. Foree, Sr., granddaughter, Jeanine L. Schulz (nee: Foree) and grandson, Vernon R. Foree, Jr. Richard was employed as a Project Engineer with St. Louis County Highways and Traffic for 30+ years before his retirement.
