Rita was a devout Catholic and a faithful parishioner of Assumption Catholic Church her entire life. She was a member of Assumption’s bible study group and enjoyed the friends she made there as well as their shared appreciation for scripture. She was a lifelong resident of O’Fallon and taught English in the Wentzville School District for twenty-six years. For fun, Rita loved to play games (she was a Mah Jongg and Bunco enthusiast) and watch game shows. She liked to stay active through her Zumba classes and was an avid jewelry collector. She was fond of travel and loved going on cruises with her husband. Above everything, Rita loved her family and cherished the memories they all made together over the years. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
