Roba Minzer

Minzer, Roba "Buck", of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the age of 74. Loving husband of Jeanette Minzer; beloved son of the late Charles and Pearl Minzer; devoted father of Tim (Lisa) Minzer, Tamra (Alan) Esker, and Teresa (Ronald) Bozikis; cherished grandfather of Ashlie, Rebecca, Alaina, Christine, Sara, Amanda, Cassandra, Ronald, Zachery, and Lucas; treasured great-grandfather of Dillan and Abbie; dear brother of Irene Baldic. He is preceded in death by his siblings Dorothy Nunn, Donald Minzer, and Marion Minzer. Buck was President of Minco Courier in St. Louis. Buck was a St. Louis City Firefighter for 13 years. Together with Edward Schmiedeke, he founded the South City Catholic Over 30 Softball League in 1977, which continues to this day.
