Beloved husband of Alma M. Hawkins; loving son of the late Herman and Cora Hawkins; devoted father of Dona (Michael) Oliver, Debra Frazier, Robert (Ann Dillon) Hawkins, Christina Hawkins, and the late Rebecca Ann Tullock; dear stepfather of Fredrick Perkins, Gerald Perkins and Margaret Waechter; cherished grandfather of many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
