Robert Carl “Bob” Lumma
September 9, 1945 — February 11, 2021
Robert Carl “Bob” Lumma, of Hazelwood, MO, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at the age of 75, surrounded by his loving family. Cherished son of the late Henry Frank Lumma and Teresa “Edna” Fitzgerald, formerly Lumma; devoted father of Mary M. (Bob) Sander, Gregory R. (Alissa) Lumma, Scott C. Lumma, and Steven J. (Veronica) Lumma; loving grandfather of Grant, Josh and Gabbi Sander, Anthony and Jackson Lumma, Devin and Olivia Lumma, Adrienne, Autumn, and Ashten Lumma; dear brother of Richard (Natalie) Lumma, James (Barb) Lumma, and Michael (Sandy) Lumma; ex-wife, Joane M. Guffey-Erwin.
Bob proudly served in the United States Air Force. He graduated from Christian Brothers College High School. Bob loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a kind, loving, generous man who was always giving of his time and talents. He loved hunting, restoring cars, building furniture, and riding motorcycles. Bob was a founding member of the Antler Archery Club and was a gifted cabinet maker and craftsman. Bob was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Robert's name to Donor's Choice.
Military honors will be rendered, following the service and preceding the visitation.
