Dear son of the late Nathan & Bertha Smith; devoted father of Brenda (Ted) Westfall, Leanne (Scott) Parsons, Brian (Dorene) Smith & Brent Smith; beloved grandfather of Darcy, Derek, Clayton & Kelsey; dear brother of Beverly Chrissman. He is preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor Smith, brother Milan Smith & sister, Betty Zickafoose. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
