Robert Dale Krechel
March 19, 1936 — July 22, 2019
Robert Dale Krechel Sr., of Wentzville, MO, passed away Monday, July 22, 2019 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Pauline Krechel; cherished son of the late Roger and Ella Krechel; devoted father of Deby Krechel and the late Bobby Krechel Jr., loving grandfather of Hayden Wilder, Josh Krechel, John Griesenauer, Dan Griesenauer, treasured great-grandfather of six.
Robert proudly and honorably served his country in the United States Army Reserve for 2 years, as well as the National Guard for 4 years. He was a foundation carpenter with Bob Mohan for 48 years. Robert and Pauline were married for nearly 61 years. Robert loved fishing, camping and spending time with his family.
Robert was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Robert 's name to American Cancer Society.
