Robert E. Debarr

Robert E. DeBarr Sr. was born on August 18, 1923 in Owanco Illinois to Robert E. and Vira DeBarr. His loving parents preceded him in death. Mr. DeBarr was a Logistics Officer for the Federal Government. He was a member of the VFW in St. Charles and of the DAV Chapter 1 Narfe. He served in the United States Air Force from 1944 to 1946. Mr. DeBarr is survived by his loving wife, Dolores A. DeBarr of St. Peters Missouri, his son, Robert E. DeBarr Jr. of St. Peters Missouri, and his daughter Kathleen McQuary of Highland Ranch Colorado.
