Robert E. Lee Phelps

Memorials may be made to Shiners Children's Hospital. Robert E. Lee Phelps, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Thursday, January 22, 2009 at the age of 84. Loving husband of Marjorie Phelps; dear son of the late Sheldon and the late Viola Phelps; devoted father of Sherrie Phelps and Jean Mutrux; cherished grandfather of Abigail Mutrux; dear brother-in-law of Wallace and Wanda Laffoon and Loretta Phelps. Robert was the President and Owner of Midwestern Veterinary Supply Company and Old Monroe Elevator and Supply Company for 54 years. He also had a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism; he was a Moolah Shriner, 32nd Degree Mason, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and a U.S. Army World War II Veteran.
