Taylor, Robert E., of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Friday, March 19, 2010 at the age of 71. Dear Son of the late Pearlie C. and Elma J. Taylor. He was previously employed as a Police Officer before his retirement and a veteran of the US Navy 1956-1959.
