BECKMAN, Robert G., St. Charles, MO, September 24, 2007 age 84; dearest husband of Rose A. Beckman (nee: Shields); dear son of the late John Henry and Sarah Elizabeth Beckman (nee: Hoban); father of Daniel Beckman (Jeretta), Carolyn Howison, Michael Beckman (Mardee) and James Beckman (Lisa); dear step-father of Michael Immer (Sharon), Mary Neff (Doug) and Maureen Immer; dear grandfather of 9, dear step-grandfather of 3, dear great-grandfather of 9; beloved brother of William Beckman, Catherine Beckman, Raymond Beckman (Betty), Edward Beckman (Eleanor) and the late Mary Virginia Guyott, John Beckman and Eugene Beckman; he was our dear brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to all who knew him. Mr. Beckman was a Stage Hand for IATSE for 50 years before his retirement and also owned and operated Beckman Stage Draperies, Inc. in St. Louis for over 20 years. He was a member of International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees Local # 6 and All Saints Catholic Church, St. Peters, MO. He served in the US Navy 1942-1945 during WWII.
