Robert L. “Bob” Bekebrede

Robert L. “Bob” Bekebrede, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, October 2, 2020 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of 65 years to Jeanette Bekebrede; cherished son of the late Clarence “Bud” and Evelyn Bekebrede; devoted father of Joyce (Tom Perschbacher) Walsh, Tim (Terri) Bekebrede, Kathy (Kurt) Wagner and Mary Bekebrede; loving grandfather of Kevin (Bobbie Jo) Walsh, Jamie (Chris) Drovetti, Joe (Katie) Bekebrede, Erin (Adam) Strien, Kasey Wagner and Josh Wagner; treasured great-grandfather of Austin, Melody, Andrea, Henry, Alexis and Nolan; dear brother of Joan (late Ray) Hallemeier; Bob is also survived by many in-laws, nephews, nieces, cousins and many dear friends.

Bob was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in St. Charles. He was a devoted employee of Hackmann Lumber for 42 years. He enjoyed camping and spending time with family and friends at their lake house. He enjoyed watching his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in activities. Bob was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Bob's name to Immanuel Lutheran Church and School.
