Robert L. “Bob” Gustin
August 23, 1932 — January 28, 2018
Robert L. “Bob” Gustin, of St. Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018, at the age of 85. Loving husband of 68 years to Betty Gustin; beloved son of the late Otto and Nora Gustin; devoted father of Bonnie Garcia, Nancy (Chuck) Hutton, Leonard (Sandra) Gustin, and Janet (Tom) Reed; dearest brother of Margaret, Peggy, and Jerry; cherished grandfather and great-grandfather of 17; He is preceded in death by his brother, Donald Gustin; and two sisters, Marie and Ethel Gustin.
Robert liked to tinker and work on his cars. He was a handyman that could fix anything, loved working in the yard, like to camp, and always willing to help. He retired after 40 years with McDonnell Douglas/Boeing. Robert was a big St. Louis Cardinals fan. He loved taking care of his grandkids. Robert was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
