ROBERT LLOYD WHITE was born on May 05, 1937 in Bend, Oregon to Ida Pearl & Oris Eugene White. Robert (nicknamed Skeeter) lived in Bend, Oregon and Spokane, Washington before moving to Pine Lawn after the marriage of his mother to Arthur L. Grellner in 1945.
Robert attended school thru 9th grade in the Normandy School District. Robert joined SLARC (St. Louis Association for Retarded Children) at age 21 where he was involved with a group who loved square dancing. Robert was an enthusiastic fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and attended as many games as he could, and he always listened them on radio or watched them on TV.
In 1981 after the death of his step-father, Robert and his mother moved to St. Charles into a home his family built from the ground up for them.
Robert passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at age 76. He is preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his brothers Leland White and Adrian (Jacqueline) Grellner, and his sisters Patricia Hamilton and Kathleen (Lonnie) Wilkinson. He is loved by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. Robert touched the hearts of many people, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
