August 30, 1949 — March 11, 2020
Robert Lee Brandon, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at the age of 70. Beloved son of the late Robert E. Brandon and Rebecca Ewers; devoted father of Alex (Sonya) Brandon, Megan (Benny Faddis) Brandon, and Lindsay Brandon; cherished grandfather of Logan and Blake Brandon; former wife, Connie Brandon. Robert was also preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Brandon; stepmother, Lucille Brandon.
Robert proudly served in the United States Navy in the Vietnam war. He graduated Iowa State University with degree in Landscape Architecture. Robert helped design several local features including the River’s Edge at the St. Louis Zoo and Chesterfield City Hall. He loved baseball, golf and eating sushi, but loved nothing more than his grandchildren. Robert was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Robert's name to the National Kidney Foundation or the St. Louis Zoo.
