Beloved husband and best friend of Joanne S. Barclay; dearest son of the late James J. and Dorothy V. Phelps Barclay; loving father of Robert M. (Cyndi) Barclay, Jr. and Brian K. (Elizabeth) Barclay; dear brother of Marjorie Enstall, David (JoAnne) Barclay and the late Norma Jean Schrader; loving grandfather of Annie Neu, Alyssa Hegger, Natasha, Chelsea, Shelby, Blaire and Dylan Barclay; dear brother-in-law and friend of Tom and Mary Pallett, Don and Terri Pallett; dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to all who knew him. Mr. Barclay was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Wentzville, MO and the Teamsters Local #618. He retired from the parts department at Charles Brock Oldsmobile after 12 years and he worked for other area dealers for a total of 35 years. Mr. Barclay served in the US Army from 1956 to 1962.
