Robert Edward Nowak

November 14, 1956 — December 4, 2023

Robert (Bob) Nowak, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023 at the age of 67. Bob was blessed with a loving family. The beloved husband of 43 years to Paula Nowak. Bob was the cherished son of the late Boleslaw Nowak and LaVerne Sobocinski. Devoted Dad of daughter Robin (Shane) Butler, son Robert (Bobby) Nowak Jr., and daughter Jessica (Ricky) Hirth; loving grandfather of Robert Nowak III, Carly Butler, Logan Butler, Nikki (Colby) Stearns; treasured great-grandfather of Luna Stearns and Maya Stearns; Dear brother of Debbie (Eddie) Lammering and Karen (Paul) Kipper; and the favorite fun uncle to many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Bob graduated from Rosary High School. Among many things, Bob loved to fish, hunt, target shoot, sing, drink Miller Lite or a good whiskey, and have a good time. He loved shooting off fireworks with family and friends. He would also never pass up the opportunity to play bingo or slots at the casino. If he wasn’t at home, you would probably catch him shopping at Walmart. Bob was a loving man who would give you the shirt off his back and anyone who has met him can tell you 100 funny stories about the time they spent with him.

Services will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 2:30 pm and visitation from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m., at Baue Funeral Home O’Fallon, 311 Wood St, O’Fallon, MO 63366. Flowers can be sent to Baue Funeral Home O’Fallon for the Service/Visitation addressed to the Nowak Family. Thereafter or in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Polish Falcons of St. Louis.
