Robert P. Anderson

ANDERSON SR., Robert P., Born January 19, 1932 in Round Springs, Missouri to James Robert Anderson and Clara Ellen (Conway) Anderson, passed away March 2, 2006 in McAllen, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wives, Carole Ann (Taylor) Anderson and Myrtle (Bundy) Anderson and one son, Robert Paul “Bob” Anderson, Jr. His survivors include one brother, Jimmie Anderson and four daughters and two sons; Theresa ''Tess'' (Timothy) Brooks, Sheryl ''Sherry (Gary) Black, Mark (Diane) Anderson, Wendy Marquart-Hitt, Keith Anderson and Karen (Timothy) Cool along with thirteen grandchildren, Matthew Woodworth, Adam Anderson, Amy (Scott) Haeffner, Jason (Stacia) Brooks, Amanda (Nathan) Braundmeier, Natalie (Timothy) Weems, Nicholas Black, Britney and Danielle Anderson, Kevin Marquart, Jr., Jeremy, Jacob and Samuel Cool and eight great-grandchildren. He served in the United States Air Force and worked for McDonnell Aircraft, Emerson Electric and Fix Materials concrete before retiring to south Texas. He loved to play the Dobro, would tinker with almost anything and was a great friend to many.
