(Bob), of Lake St. Louis, Missouri, died on Monday, December 24, 2007 at the age of 80; dear son of the late Jay Howard Kiehl and the late Ruth Elizabeth Hodson; loving husband of Dorothy L. (Dottie) Kiehl; dearest father of Krystal Wilson, Eric (Denise) Kiehl, and Lisa (Ken) Wattler beloved grandfather of Bronwyn (Mark) Ginty and Jessie Kiehl; great-grandfather of Spencer Ginty and Maeve Ginty; step-grandfather of Nathan Uelhof, Joshua Uelhof, and Chad Wattler; dear brother-in-law of Connie (Carl) Ross; dear uncle of Bob Grimshaw, Gary Grimshaw and Terri Boyard. Bob and his wife Dottie were in their teens when they met. Bob joined the Marines and served our country. Dottie and Bob were married in 1952. Bob began working for the Monsanto Company in 1956 as a welder. He was then transferred to St. Louis where his family lived in Florissant and continued working for Monsanto until he retired in 1982. Bob also was a welding instructor for North County Technical School in the evenings. Bob was a wonderful husband to his wife and great father to his children Krystal, Eric and Lisa. He was a 32nd degree Mason and Shriner from 1980's to his death. He loved to read about history and loved his sports and beer. He would tell his family that he lived a wonderful life and had no regrets in his years on earth. His family and friends will miss Bob.
