Sue was a talented seamstress who enjoyed doing needlepoint, and she did a beautiful series of angels which she framed. She also loved crocheting afghans, doilies, ornaments, and making wreaths, which she made for herself, family, and the schoolteachers at Ft. Zumwalt School District. All holidays brought Sue happiness, but Christmastime was her favorite. It took about two weeks just to set up all the decorations, but it was well worth it to make wonderful memories with her family. She also looked forward to visiting the Christmas stores throughout the country, especially Bronner’s in Frankenmuth, MI.
For the last 25 years, Sue was fascinated by genealogical research and liked to see what she could uncover in her family’s history. Family was the most important thing for Sue and she cherished all the moments they shared together over the years. She was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
