Roger Truman “Buck” Bowen

Roger Truman "Buck" Bowen of St. Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at the age of 88. Loving husband of Geri Bowen for 67 years; beloved son of the late Clifton and Josie Bowen; devoted father of Cindi (Jack) Carter, Janet (Mark) Cline, and Carol (Michael) Wemple; dear brother of Judy Shy and Murrel "Heidi" Ray; cherished grandfather of eleven; treasured great-grandfather of twelve; uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Roger is preceded in death by his daughter Pam Fehr, brother, Robert Bowen and two sisters, Lorraine "Larry" Beck and Darlene Collett.

Roger proudly served his country in the United States Marines. He was a charter member of Waypoint Church (formerly known as First Baptist Church of Harvester). Roger was very involved and a devoted member within the church. Roger was a family man and the lord and family meant everything to him. He was intelligent, loving, and greatly enjoyed helping others. Roger was a talent handyman, he loved to fix things and build. Roger was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
