Dear brother of Shirley Marti and Jane Saliares. Loving grandfather of 7; survived by former wife, Dorothy C. Springmeier. Preceded in death by two brothers Edward K. and Robert W. Springmeier. Roland was the former mayor of Wright City, Missouri and was also owner of Spring Sales Inc. in Wright City.
