Rollin Jack Carter

Rollin Jack Carter, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025, at the age of 82. Loving husband of Jackie Ellen Carter; beloved son of the late Rollin O. and Lillian Carter; devoted father of Stephen (Trisa) Carter, Annetta (Lyle) Wilkinson, Laura Carter, Tina (James) Peters, Jack Carter, and Diana (Aaron) Olander; cherished grandfather of Leland Fisher, Jennifer Fisher, Kayla Bliggenstorfer, Alex Bliggenstorfer, Emma Bliggenstorfer, James Peters, Anna Peters, Mackenzie Olander, Sophia Kaley, and Isabella Kaley; dear sister of Judith Cowser. Rollin is also preceded in death by his brother, Charles Carter.

Rollin honorably served his country, dedicating two years to the Army and twenty years to the Air Force. He and Jackie shared a beautiful, loving marriage that lasted 45 years. Known for his radiant presence, Rollin had a way of lighting up any room he entered. Rollin was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
