Ron E. Compton

Compton, Ron E., of Wright City, Missouri, died on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the age of 69. Dear son of the late W. Gene Compton and Lillian Pirrone, loving husband of Dorothy Compton, loving father of Curtis (Tina) Compton, Roy E. (Karen) Compton, Wendell Compton, Caron Hill, and Mindy Schrader, cherished grandfather of ten and great-grandfather of seven, dearest grandson of Edna Toland, loving brother of Arthur (Janet) Compton, Sandy (Larry) Hildreth, Patricia (Cecil) Hampton and Carol Stonebraker, dearest brother-in-law of Mary Compton, loving brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many. He is preceded in death by his brother, Bill Compton. He was a member of Teamsters Local #600 for 30 years. The family would like to thank everyone for the time, care and attention given to Ron during his lengthy illness. His entire family has given so much to care for him. A special thank you to his Grandson's for the care they were able to give during the most recent years.
