Ronald E. Eckhoff, Sr.

Eckhoff, Sr., Ronald E., of Bridgeton, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018, at the age of 80. Beloved husband of 61 years to Jacqueline Louise Eckhoff; cherished son of the late Adolph and Viola Eckhoff; devoted father of Jackie Woody and Ronald "Ron" (Lisa) Eckhoff, Jr.; loving grandfather of Jade Gentry, Alexandria "Alex" Eckhoff, Melanie (Sang) Nguyen, and Christopher "Chris" Eckhoff; and dear brother of Gerald "Jerry" (Susan) Eckhoff, Michael "Mike" (Sue) Eckhoff, Patricia "Pat" (Ed) Bax, and the late Kenneth Eckhoff. He was also a beloved brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Ronald was from St. Louis, Missouri. He proudly served in the United States Navy. Following his years in service, he graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. After graduating, Ron worked for 7UP Bottling Company for 42 years. Ron was an avid golfer and enjoyed traveling with his wife. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
