Ronald R. Krato, Sr.

Ronald R. Krato, of Lake Saint Louis, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018, at the age of 75. Loving husband of the late Cheryl Lynne Krato, beloved son of the late Walter Edward and Elvera Norma Krato; devoted father of Terri Lynn Somers and Ronald (Heather) Krato, Jr.; loving grandfather of Taylor, Trey, Tara, Jessica, Andrew, Clint, and Jake; beloved brother of Terry (Sheryl) Krato, Mark (Mary) Krato, the late Tina (Harry) Hathaway, the late Walter (Pat) Krato; cherished uncle of Catherine Keim, Lorie (Steven J.) Eschner, and Steven (Rachel) Brown, Andrew (Nikki) Krato, Zachary (Melissa) Krato, Meghan (Drew) Stevens, Karen (Matt) Ochu, Heather Hathaway, Matt (Kim) Krato, Mike (Gail) Krato, the late Paul (Kim) Krato, Scott Krato, and Jeff Krato; treasured great-uncle of Zachary Bouck, Lauren Bouck, Benjamin, and Lily; brother-in-law to Jane (Steven) Brown, and Alison (Thomas) Eschbacher. Ronald is preceded in death by his two brothers, Walter Krato and Tim Krato; and sister, Christina Louise Hathaway.

Ronald proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp. He was president of Krato Products and was a member of Boones Trail Corvette Club. He also loved to make stained glass windows, watch Cardinals baseball and the Blue Angels. Ronald enjoyed playing golf and horseback riding. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
