Ronald “Ron” Plouffe

Ronald “Ron” Plouffe of St. Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 61 on Monday, June 22, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rene and Doris Plouffe.

Ron is survived by his children, Renee (Frank) Plouffe and Danielle Ransdell; his grandchildren, Riley Williams, Frankie Zykan, Austin Ransdell, Adalyn Zykan; his siblings, Elaine (Fred) Handrigan, Denise (Garry) Jiles, Eva (Henry) Bourgette, Rene (Robin) Plouffe, and David (Lynn) Plouffe; and his former wife, Nancy Plouffe.

Ron was a true outdoorsman who felt at home out in nature and was at his happiest when he could spend his days fishing, hunting, and camping. There was a special place in his heart for animals (especially horses) and he had many beloved pet companions over the years. He was a great fan of the New England Patriots and looked forward to football Sundays when Tom Brady would demolish the opposing team. Ron was a fan of music and motorcycles and had a sweet tooth for ice cream. Above everything, Ron loved his family and grandkids and always treasured the moments when they spent time together. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
