Rosalie “Rose” E. Woltman (nee Rubenack), of St. Charles, Missouri, passed away Friday, May 12, 2023, at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Richard M. Woltman, Sr.; devoted daughter of the late Otto and Hilda Rubenack; loving mother of Robin (Scott Granneman) Woltman, and Rick Woltman, Jr.; cherished grandmother of Bob Montgomery, Jackie Lancaster, Whitney Woltman, Sydney Woltman, Rickie Woltman, and Finn Jaeger; precious great-grandmother of Kyla; dear sister of Dorothy Martin; and dear companion of the late Charles “Chas” Smiley.
Rose married her husband Richard in 1957, and they shared over 50 years together before his passing in 2013. Her family meant everything to her, and she was always very supportive and loving, especially to her grandchildren. Rose was someone to look up to as she had such a caring heart and made friends everywhere she went. Rose had a wonderful life full of love and adventure.
Rose was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Memorials may be made in Rose’s name to the Visiting Nurses Association whose tender care made her final days easier.
