Hubert, Rose, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Monday, November 19, 2007 at the age of 81; dear daughter of the late Art (Dorothy) Kaufmann and the late Helen (John) Casey; dearest wife the late Rudy Hubert; loving mother of Rudy Hubert, Debbie (Bob) Borgstede and Stacey (Kenny) Dobler; dear sister of Doris Leon, Len (Lil) Kaufmann and Rich (Lucy) Kaufmann; cherished grandmother-in-law of Sarah Borgstede and cherished grandmother of Kristin (Bryan Koerner) Borgstede, Ryan (Beth) Nienhaus, Megan Nienhaus, Holly Nienhaus, Eric Bannister, Corey Hubert and Nicole Hubert; great-grandmother of Bobby Borgstede, Olivia Nienhaus, Jacob Nienhaus, Dylan Nienhaus and Jaiden Goff. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Bobby Borgstede, sister, Shirley Weidinger and brother, Lawrence Kaufmann. Rose was an Electronics Technician with Emerson Electric, St. Louis, MO for 20+ years before her retirement. Her greatest love was her family. She was also an avid Cardinal baseball fan.
