Rose Rita Wolfcale
June 7, 1929 — January 23, 2022
Rose Rita Wolfcale (nee Noonan), of St Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022, at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Robert "Bob" L. Wolfcale: cherished daughter of the late Loretta Noonan. dear sister of the late Ed Noonan, the late Johnny Noonan, and the late Cel Goebel; Devoted mother of Steve (Eileen) Wolfcale, Mike (Audry) Wolfcale, Karen (Joel) Coffey, and Sheila (John) Guenther; loving grandmother of Hayley, Erika, Erin, Allison, Patrick, Katie, Emma (Tyler) Jack, and Claire; treasured great-grandmother of Natalie, Maddelynn (Maddie); former daughter-in-law & friend, Andrea Niemi.
Rose loved to relax in her warm chair with her tea and reading the newspaper. She was known to share stories of growing up in Decatur, IN. Rose was also proud of her Irish heritage and cooking her delicious meals. She enjoyed knitting and working as a switchboard operator. More than anything, Rose loved her family and creating memories with them. She met Bob in their early 20's in Indiana where they were both raised, they were lovingly married for 43 years until he passed away.
The family is especially thankful to the staff and neighbors at Breeze Park where she was a resident for 18 years and had many good times. It is with deepest gratitude that we thank you for every way you helped Rose. Rose was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Rose's name to Breeze Park, Lutheran Senior Services.
