Roselyn M. Bell (nee: Mathews) of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017, at the age of 82. Beloved wife of James D. Bell; dear mother of Alan L. (Elizabeth) Bell and James K. (Carmen) Bell; loving grandmother of Shelley M. Bell; sister of Joseph D. (the late Zieta) Mathews; and dear friend to many.
Roselyn was born December 15, 1934 in Panaca, Nevada to Delvert L. Mathews and Mavis C. Mathews (nee: Robbins). She graduated from Petaluma Senior High School in Petaluma, California in June of 1954. She was married to James D. Bell on October 23, 1954 in Sparks Nevada in the Nevada Methodist Church.
Roselyn was always positive and who cared deeply for others. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
