Rowan Thomas Hess, of O’Fallon, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 20 days old. Cherished baby boy of Angela and Lee Hess, dearest brother of Norah Hess, and treasured grandson of Chris & Jeannie Starr and Gary & Jill Hess.
Rowan was welcomed into this world with great love from his family. He is so special and will be cherished always. He was cared for by the wonderful nurses and doctors at Mercy Hospital. Rowan will forever be remembered as a beautiful light in our lives
