Roy W. Westerfeld

Westerfeld, Roy W., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, November 16, 2008 at the age of 96. Dearest husband of the late Lagouri "Mickey" Westerfeld; dear son of the late Dr. August H. and the late Caroline Westerfeld; loving father of Dr. Roy A. (Marlene) Westerfeld, Kay Lee (Tom) Hirsch and Steven (Heidi) Westerfeld; cherished grandfather of Mark (Nancy) Westerfeld, Cindy (Randy) Robertson, the late Linda (Rick) Jones, Michael (Amanda) Westerfeld, Christopher (Sue) Dillon, Amy (Shane) Boyle, Andrew (fiance, Katie Helton) Westerfeld, Jeff (Carol) Hirsch, Jennifer (Brian) Thomas, Brittany Westerfeld and Ashley Westerfeld; cherished great-grandfather of 16 and great-great-grandfather of 1; dear brother of Dr. Kermit Westerfeld. He is preceded in death by his brother, Dr. Wilfred Westerfeld. He was a Dentist for 52 years and a 73 year member and past president of the St. Charles Rotary Club, 36 years on the Board of Directors and past president of the St. Charles Fire and Mutual Insurance Company, U.S. Army Major who served during WWII and was on the St. Charles School Board.
