_{Royce Neal Stelzer rests in eternal peace December 26, 2017 at 83 years of age. Cherished son of the late Alvin and Hedwig (nee: Wissmann) Stelzer. Beloved and devoted husband of Alta Jean Olinda (nee: Kemner) Stelzer for 58 years and her best friend since 4 years of age. Loving father to Kevin (Sandra) Stelzer, Rachelle (Charles) Huddleston, Stacia (Chad) Hanna and Jason (April) Stelzer. Proud grandfather to Kurt, Kyle, Jalin and Lindsey Stelzer, Colin (Alexa) and Kristen Hanna, and Shelby Huddleston. Great grandfather to Kris and Kate Stelzer. Dear brother of Merlin (Roberta) Stelzer, Shirley (Glenn) Toedebusch, and Larry (Wilma) Stelzer.  Dear uncle, nephew, cousin, godfather and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two brothers, one brother in law, one sister in law, one daughter and two great-grandsons and three nephews.  Mr. Stelzer served in the U.S. Army from March 1955-March 1957.
