Ruby D. Williams

Williams was born December 7, 1917 in Waynesville Missouri to Robert and Jeanette Florence Hartzell. Her loving parents preceded her in death. Ruby is survived by one son, Elbert A. ''Bing'' Williams (Judy) of St. Louis Missouri, three daughters, Sharon Simmons (Dale) of Foristell Missouri, Linda Bedrosian (John) of Ballwin Missouri, and Sharel Phelps (Chris) of O'Fallon Missouri, seven grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Elbert Ashby Williams, five brothers, Rollan, Robert, Joseph, Jerry and Roy Hartzell, and one sister, Zoa Fern.
