Ruby Shelton

Shelton, Ruby L., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Monday, November 1, 2010 at the age of 82. Loving wife of Raymond W. Shelton; beloved daughter of the late Edmond H. and Clara Anna Brakensiek; devoted mother of Randall L. "Randy" Shelton and Sandra "Sandy" (Don) Schroer; dear sister of Erich A. (Norma) Brakensiek, Erwin H. "Ernie" Brakensiek and Wesley T. "Wes" (Donna) Brakensiek; cherished grandmother of Jennifer L. Schroer and Kimberly A. Schroer; treasured great-grandma of Nichalas Schroer; beloved sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend to many. Ruby was an avid quilter, and a lifetime member of St. John United Church of Christ where she was a Sunday School Teacher for many years and a member of the Woman's Special Service Group. Memorials may be made to St. John UCC Radio Fund, or St John UCC Renovation Fund.
