Russell G. Beahan

Russell G. Beahan, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Saturday, April 11, 2020 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Sandra Beahan; cherished son of the late Robert and Virgina Beahan; devoted father of Tessy (Mark) Kalist, Russell "Scott" (Robbie) Beahan, and Stacy Beahan Snyder; loving grandfather of Aaron and Andrew Kalist, Leanna, Joshua and Rebeka Beahan, Josie - Tatum, Ellie, Drew, and Zeke Mattox, and Nicholas (Fiance Fiona Ramshaw) Snyder; treasured great-grandfather of one; dear brother of Karen Thompson and the late Linda Lowe, Carla Jackson, Cheryl Zuch, and Robert Beahan; Russell is also survived by several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Russ proudly and honorably served in the United States Air Force & Navy Reserves. He continued his military involvement as a member of St. Charles VFW Post 2866.

Russ retired from Boeing after 35 years. Working for N.A.S Cecil Field as the F-18 Assistant Site Manager and Security Officer was a highlight of his career.

Russ & Sandra were members of Highland View Baptist Church for more than 20 years and his Christian faith was very important to him.

When Russ was younger, he enjoyed fishing and hunting. He had a knack for woodworking and mechanics, was very innovative and could fix anything. Russ loved spending time with his kids and grandkids, he was always very sweet and cared greatly for his family. Russ was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Russell's name to American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
