Ruth I. Brown, (nee Ingram) age 95 of Saint Charles, Missouri, died Tuesday, February 27, 2018.
Beloved wife of 65 years to the late L. Dwight Brown; cherished daughter of the late William R. and Mabel K. Ingram; devoted mother of Martha S. (Frank Sandt) Brown and Timothy D. (Linda) Brown; loving grandmother of Amanda (James) Holt, Amanda (Erik) Vincent, Christopher (Patty) Sandt, Delaney and Abigail Brown; treasured great-grandmother of Jonathan, Rain, Shelby, Emma, Elliott and Wesley; dear sister of Joyce Berger; and aunt to many beloved nieces and nephews. Ruth is preceded in death by her daughter Rachel Ann Wyatt and her sister Nora Henning.
Ruth was a long-time member of Bellefontaine United Methodist and later Church of the Shepherd. Ruth loved to read, do cross-stitch, and embroidery. Ruth was a great cook, and never let anyone leave her house empty handed. Ruth was a gentle spirt who loved spending time with family and friends, most of all. Ruth was deeply loved and will be missed by all knew her.
