Ruth Reese

Reese, Ruth Marie (nee Wyatt), age 92, passed away peacefully on February 16, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Louis R. Reese; loving mother of Gail (Jim) Deppen, Wilma (Murray) Huffman, Dennis (Sharon) Reese, Sr., Deborah (the late Karl) Maxson and Niece Sharon (Paul) Witt; cherished grandmother of twenty; great-grandmother of 12; great-great-grandmother of 2. Dear sister of the late Lucille Frost, Glenn Wyatt, Mary Jo Sisk, and Lavena Reeder. Dear aunt and great-aunt.
Ruth married Louis Reese in 1956 and remained united until his death in 1985. She was born in Tarsney, Missouri, later moving to Huntsville, Missouri. She was a 1939 graduate of Huntsville High School. Ruth worked over 25 years for Hussmann Refrigeration until her retirement in 1984. Ruth loved her family and enjoyed all of their special relationships. She loved playing cards; playing rummy was a favorite and would play with anyone that walked in her door, she typically won. Ruth was most proud that she was able to stay at her home and do things on her own for so long. She was the honored matriarch of our family and her presence will be missed by many.
