Ruthie “Ruth” A. Lamer

Ruthie “Ruth” A. Lamer (nee Scott), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018, at the age of 76. Loving wife of the late Dennis "Joe" Lamer; beloved daughter of the late Sherman G. and Nettie L. Scott; devoted mother of Lori Lamer and Dalen (Stacie) Lamer; dear sister of Velma Scott, Gregory, and Calvin (Nita) Scott; treasure aunt, cousin and friend to many. Ruth is preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Lamer; and six siblings.
Ruth was very strong and a true role model for her children. She enjoyed shopping, boating and cooking. Ruth was known for her spaghetti and cookies. She loved nothing more than spending time with her beloved family. Ruth was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorial contributions may be made in Ruth’s honor to the American Cancer Society.
