Ryan Anthony Stapleton passed away unexpectedly from a brain tumor on July 8, 2021 at St. Louis Children’s Hospital. He did pass peacefully with his family by his side. Ryan was born in Ormond Beach, Florida on June 8, 2004.
Survived by his loving parents, Robert and Kristina Stapleton of St Charles, Mo, his brothers; Matthew Hahn, Jason Koch, Spencer, Bobby and Chase Stapleton. Also survived by his Papa Anthony Kavadas of St Charles, MO, Grandmother Gracie Stapleton of Mesa AZ, his Godmother and Aunt Ann (Ken) Casassa, Confirmation sponsor and Cousin Alexis Schultehenrich, Aunts Rosie (Stan) Schultehenrich, Tonya Rider, Lisa Stapleton, Raychel (Andrew) Parrish, Uncle Anthony (Nancy) Kavadas and other numerous cousins. He is preceded in death by his Grandmother Baka (Cecilia Kavadas) and Grandfather Robert Stapleton and is loved on earth as well as in heaven.
Ryan was 17 and would have been a senior at St Charles West High School. He played baseball and football. Ryan enjoyed the beach, animals, spending time with his family, hanging out with friends, cousins and listening to music. He loved hanging with his brothers; fishing and playing video games. He also liked to antagonize his brothers and often said “fight me”. Ryan was sweet, tender hearted and would do anything for anyone. His big brown eyes and his big smile brightened the room wherever he was and will always be remembered.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ryan's name may be made to Ronald McDonald House.
