Salvatore A. Orlando

Salvatore A. Orlando, of Foristell, MO, passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the age of 81. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Orlando; cherished son of the late Paul and Lena Orlando; devoted father of Paul Orlando, Michael (Jana) Orlando, and John Orlando; loving grandfather of Johnny (Tricia) Orlando, Jennifer Arens and Chelsey Orlando; treasured great-grandfather of Taya, Alyssa, Tyller, Ella, and Kohli; dear brother of Phyllis (Larry) Borth, Patty Shallow, Louise Ford, the late Ann Trantham and Ginny Breen; beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Salvatore was a loving father who was devoted to his family. He spent many years working as a bricklayer, and belonged to Bricklayer Local #1. He loved golf, and he worked for Incline Village Golf Course for over 20 years. He was always busy at the course, and if he wasn’t working as the cart guy, he could be found playing out on the green. Salvatore also enjoyed his Wednesday morning ROMEO breakfasts, and was a dear friend to many. He is lovingly remembered as a real jokester with a larger-than-life presence, he was truly one of a kind. Salvatore was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorial contributions may be made in Salvatore's honor to Shriner's Hospital.
