Sam S. Vitale

Sam S. Vitale, of St. Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, December 26, 2019 at the age of 82. Devoted husband of 62 years to Jan Vitale; Sam is preceded in death by parents Sam Vitale Sr. and Rose Vitale; grandson Sam Vitale IV; sister Rose (Carl survives) DeGrasso; and childhood friend Dave Harangozo; devoted father of Sam (Lisa) Vitale, III, Gina (John) Murphy, Nick (Brenda) Vitale, Sr., and Steven Joseph Vitale; loving grandfather of Joe (Liv), Tony, Shawn (Terra), Rose (Nick), Zach, Tiffany (Zach), Nick Jr. (Megan), Brittany (Ty Mitchell), Casey (Karley Thomas), Steven and Curtis; treasured great-grandfather of Jade, Vinny, Keelyn, Khalea and Liam; dear brother of Suntia (Tony) Catalano, Gloria (Norman) Patrick, Tom Vitale, Dolores (Bill) Priesmeyer, Vickie Hassel-Roesler and Marie (Sam) Marchesi; Sam is also survived by childhood friends Bob Davis, Bob Korn, Frank Meir, and Vernon Valvero. He was a loving uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

Sam was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
