Samuel Vincent Evola

Samuel Vincent Evola, born August 9, 1982, our precious Angel, sent to earth to teach unconditional love, acceptance, faith, patience, generosity, and compassion, is survived by his mother and stepfather, D'An and Wally Perjensky, father and stepmother, James and Iris Evola, and his beautiful sister, Rochelle Evola. Many others will grieve the loss of our angel, including all his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, all the staff at Town and County Healthcare, Children's Home Society and Boonslick State School, along with everyone who gazed upon his angelic features.
