Sanford Lynn Tilley

Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice or the Music Department at St. Charles First United Methodist Church. Sanford Lynn Tilley was born to Ray James and Iva Dell Tilley in McFall, Missouri. He is preceded in death by his loving parents. Mr. Tilley was employed by Chevron Oil Company for 30 years. He was a graduate of Marshfield High School, a member of First United Methodist Church of St. Charles and served as a medic in the U.S. Army from December of 1944 to November of 1946. Mr. Tilley is survived by his dear wife, Icel Tilley of St. Charles, Missouri; two daughters: Lynda Waters of Ellisville, Missouri and Elaine Brown of St. Charles, Missouri; two sisters: Margaret Francis of Springfield, Missouri and Betty Ruth Hunt of Palisades, Nebraska; three grandchildren: Jason Lynn Waters, Valerie Jean Waters and Jacob Sherwood Waters all of Ellisville, Missouri. He is preceded in death by two brothers: Ray James Tilley, Jr. and Henry Dean Tilley.
